Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a reservation/what paper work do I need to fill out?

To make a reservation you need to contact our Retreat Coordinator. You will then receive a contract in the mail, which you will need to sign and return along with a small deposit to hold your reservation.

Call or email the Retreat & Volunteer Coordinator, to book your event. 1-866-684-7753 ext. 101

Can I bring my dog/cat to Wesley Woods when I come for my retreat?

Pets are allowed on grounds if they are left in your vehicle or on a leash and attended at all times.  They are not allowed in any building.

Do I need to schedule a time to swim, canoe, horse ride, or do other activities or can I just show up when I get there?

You will need to schedule all of your activities with our Retreat Coordinator at least two weeks before you arrive. We do not have “open” times for our activities and need to provide trained staff in order to offer them to our guests.

Do all of your buildings have electricity?

Yes, all of our lodges, inns, rustic cabins, and meeting spaces have electricity, as well as A/C and heat. The only part of the camp that doesn't have electricity is the Log Cabin and Outpost camping sites.

Do I need to bring bedding when I come to Wesley Woods?

Yes, you will need to bring your own bedding and towels. If you need us to provide a bedding pack for you we can do so for a small fee.

How much in advance do I need to schedule meals and activities?

We ask that you schedule all activities and meals no later than 2 weeks before your event so we can find staffing for activities and plan our menus for meals.

When do I pay for my event?

Wesley Wood will send a bill to you after your event has occurred. (Please remember to fill out your participation log while you are here so we know how many to bill you for.)
